How to make healthy Caesar salad with anchovies, mustard and vinegar, is an easy and fast food, preferably eaten alongside pasta, pastries, roast chicken or creamy chicken, just like beetroot and watercress salad, you can try with it chicken fajita also!

Caesar salad ingredients :

  • 2 cloves garlic, crushed
  • 3 anchovy slice
  • Juice 0.5 lemon
  • 2 tablespoons of red vinegar
  • A tablespoon of Dijon mustard
  • Egg yolk
  • 0.25 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 0.25 cup olive oil
  • Salt and Pepper
  • 0.5 lettuce head, chopped
  • 0.25 cup Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tablespoons of toasted cubes

How to prepare Caesar salad :

  • Grind garlic with anchovies by a fork. Add the lemon juice, vinegar, mustard, egg yolk, and a Worcestershire sauce and mix well.
  • Add the oil gradually to the mixture gradually, stirring constantly.
  • add salt and pepper.
  • Gently mix the lettuce and cheese into the mixture until they are well covered, spread the bread cubes on the surface of the salad.
